This is a great opportunity for a career receptionist who is looking for a busy and involved reception role that incorporates a high level of administration and flexibility.
You would be working in an office of approximately 100 people, in a family run business in the west end. You would be working with another senior receptionist and be based at the front of house. Main duties will include: - Meeting & greeting visitors - Answering the switchboard and taking accurate messages - Booking couriers and taxis - Organising refreshments for meetings - Administration support for the CEO - Maintaining an organised and tidy reception desk
To be considered for this role you will need a minimum of one year`s reception experience, an excellent telephone manner and strong organisational skills. You will also need to have a positive outlook, be flexible and adaptable and a real team player.
